Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but is subject to change.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources.
- Conduct data analysis and generate insights to support decision-making processes.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize data trends and patterns.
- Collaborate with team members to develop data-driven solutions to business challenges.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement based on data findings.
- Participate in data validation and quality assurance efforts.
- Contribute to the development of data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Complete at least one case study.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Slides.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Natural curiosity to learn about consumer sales industry trends and market landscape.
- Basic knowledge of statistical concepts is a plus.
Education/Experience:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a similar discipline).
- Enrollment in an accredited university/college program or recent graduate.
- 1-3 years' work experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
